I started my career at BMA as a logistics coordinator in 2008. This job allowed me to improve myself and to become a spare parts management manager in 2016. I acquired during these years a real pride for the values of BMA and a sense of attachment for this company that has supported me and help me develop my career. Its leading position in the market also allows me to project myself into future projects.
Finally, I am happy to work with a team that I would describe as perfect by the work done every day in order to satisfy our internal customers and preserve our position.

What I like the most about my work is the fact that I’m learning something new every day. My work days are not the same because I regularly face new challenges. Product Manager’s job is quite complex. It includes, among other things, attributions such as the technical support granted to the sales team, the configuration of machines, participation in profile shows, trips to customers, as well as the resolution of crisis situations. There is, therefore, in this business an acceptance of challenges, a lot of passion, of implication and of excellence.
I joined BMA in 2007 as a spare parts salesman, and since that day I have never stopped learning and evolving. BMA is a real school where learning is a tangible value, and where the service profession is the spearhead. Today, I am proud to tell my story. Starting as a sales representative and leading to a management position is the professional project that BMA can offer its employees.
In addition, the confidence that my managers gave me and that I knew how to preserve, value and translate with my team in Team-Working allowed to obtain concrete results.
Today, as Director at BMA, I want to take steps that allow the company to outsource this positive state of mind through citizen actions that benefit society.
